European English Aglow Eindhoven

Dear Ladies,

You are warmly invited to our Aglow meeting on:

Saturday 11th April from 9:30–12:30

at Hoogstraat 297, 5654 NA Eindhoven

(in the grounds of Lambertuskerk)

“What is Baptism in the Holy Spirit and how can I speak in tongues?”

Guest: Evelyn Black

Acts 1: 8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Our very own Evelyn will be speaking to us this month.  Evelyn was, for a number of years, President of our Eindhoven English Aglow Chapter. During this time she was trained by Helen Schoo  to explain what it means to be Baptised in the Holy Spirit and to pray with ladies for the filling of the Spirit in their lives. She led this workshop at our National Conference for a number of years and has spoken on this topic at other Aglow Chapters in the Netherlands. This is an opportunity to discover about or refresh your knowledge of the filling of the Spirit and to receive His Baptism.

Evelyn was born in Ireland, is married to Andrew, has four adult children and has lived in the Netherlands for more than 25 years.

Coffee and cake will be available before and after the meeting. An offering will be taken.

There will not be any crèche facilities available.

Hope to see you there, so do come and bring a friend.

Who are we? We are women from different Nations and Christian denominational background, currently living in the Eindhoven region. We speak English, often as a second or third language, and we desire to know more of God.

“The King is enthralled by your beauty; honor Him, for He is your Lord.”Psalm 45 : 11

At Aglow our aim is that women are “Aglow and burning with the Spirit, serving the Lord.”  Romans 12:11b (AMP). We facilitate this by fostering greater intimacy with God, by worship and by teaching His truths. Filled with His Joy, our desire is to bless others.
